Fantini: The Soaking Tub is back

The Soaking Tub is back, or did it ever really leave?

The pleasure of taking a bath never goes out of style, and neither does a soaking tub. Soaking tubs add an element to your bathroom that sometimes a shower just cannot compete with. To create the ultimate spa environment, these designers chose Fantini fixtures for their soaking tub projects.

In the Museum Tower NYC Project, designer Louis Garcia speaks to the benefits of a soaking tub and why he chose the Milano collection. He says, “The Fantini tub spout, sculptural in character but with the functionality of a powerful, yet soothing water feature, allows the body to float and defy gravity in the large oversized soaking tub, while the sound of the flowing water encourages the body’s senses to relax and recharge once immersed in the spa tub.”

A soaking tub adds a spa-like, zen aesthetic to your bathroom, says designer Jolie Korek. In her Modern Barn Project, she pairs a custom, sculpted stone soaking tub with sleek Fantini freestanding Milano collection tub fillers. Korek’s design encompasses the surrounding environment during the bathing experience in that, “When you are in the tub you have the choice to look into the backyard as the sun sets upon a beautiful garden, and just beyond that, a nature preserve. In snow-covered winter you can view the master bedroom fireplace while submerged in a warm bath.” There is nothing like a long bath with great views.

Who wouldn’t want to come home from a long, hard day to this soaking tub? This tub screams, “peace and quiet.” Even designer Nathalie Tremblay says that “the space is synonymous with relaxation and comfort.” Fitted with Fantini Milano collection fixtures, a backrest, and a bath tray, this tub is designed for endless “me time”.
